Presentation mode

Window → Present (Preview).

Full-bleed, distraction-free playback on a dark stage, with real player chrome rather than the editor’s timeline.

The preview-quality badge is live — changing quality actually re-renders, rather than relabelling the same image.

What it is for

  • Reviewing timing without the timeline biasing what you see. Watching a playhead move changes how you judge motion.
  • Showing work to someone, on your screen or a second monitor, without them looking at panels.
  • Grabbing a frame for a thumbnail or a still, at exactly the moment you want.

Frame-accurate stepping means you can find the exact frame something lands on and check whether it lands on the beat.

There is no review layer

Presentation mode is playback, and that is the whole of the review story.

Review comments, the approval flow and shareable review links were removed outright — not gated, not hidden behind a plan. Collaboration is not what this app is for, and a half-present feature was judged worse than an absent one.

To send work for review, export it. See Export formats.
