Motion blur

The streak a moving object leaves within a single frame, because a camera's shutter is open for a span of time. Adding it to animation makes fast movement read as smooth.

In Premation

A switch per layer, gated by the composition's own switch, as in After Effects. It is computed by sampling the layer at several times within the frame, with adaptive sampling.
