Wiggle

Controlled randomness added to a property so that it shakes, drifts or jitters at a chosen frequency and amount. In After Effects it is the most used expression.

In Premation

Several forms: the wiggle() expression, The Wiggler in the Animation menu, a Wiggle modifier in the graph editor, the Wiggle Paths shape operator, and the wiggly selector on a text animator. The Wiggler and the modifier take a seed, so every render matches.
