Camera tracking

Working out how the real camera moved through a shot from features tracked in the footage, so that 3D layers can be placed in the scene and stay put. Also called matchmoving or a 3D camera solve.

In Premation

Solve 3D Camera Tracker in the Track Motion panel recovers a camera move from tracked features. The solve is sparse and newer than After Effects' camera tracker, so try it on your footage first.
