Attach a graphic to something that moves
Tracking follows a point in footage and writes its motion as keyframes, so a label, a blur or a sticker stays glued to a moving thing. Premation's tracker is one click: it measures the footage to choose the feature window and search radius itself.

How to do it
- 01
Open the footage in a composition
Drop the video on the stage, or New Composition From Footage to match its size and duration.

Click the thing to follow
The Tracker panel on the right rail: click a high-contrast feature. Tracking runs both directions from the playhead and writes a track.

Carry rotation and scale
Add a companion point and the tracker derives rotation and scale from the pair, which is what keeps a sticker the right size as the subject approaches.

Attach the graphic
Apply the track to a null, then parent the text or image to it. The overlay shows the tracked path; it is drawn over the footage, not baked into it.
Questions
- Can it stabilise shaky footage?
- Yes. The same track drives stabilisation: the footage is counter-moved so the tracked point stays put.
- Does it do 3D camera tracking?
- No. There is no camera solver or planar tracker yet, and the known-gaps page says so. Point tracking with rotation and scale is what ships.
