Parallax

Near objects appearing to move faster than far ones as the viewpoint moves. It is the main cue that makes a flat scene read as deep.

In Premation

Space 3D layers apart in Z and move a camera past them. The Depth Push In and Cinematic Pan 3D presets write the camera keyframes for you.
